The following are a few of the recent projects planned, designed and engineered by BDS:
This design project is somewhat typical of the impact we have on residential structures. Because this particular lot was wide but short in depth, we needed to design an interesting fence and trellis to hide an existing large swimming pool and family activity center at the side of the dwelling.
THE VICTORIAN:
1880's Victorian was a total and complete rehabilitation project. The Victorian was relocated on the existing lot, new basement, 1st & 2nd floor redesign, conversion of attic to living space with an addition to accommodate a new stairway and kitchen. All interiors, fireplaces, moldings and trim were either reused or reproduced to match the existing 1880's style with all modern electrical, seismic and applicances with a final floor plan area in excess of 8,500 S/F.
