ORIGINAL GILROY CITY HALL REHAB

The Original Gilroy City Hall Rehabilitation project focuses on restoring and upgrading one of the city’s most historic civic buildings. The work includes preservation of architectural features, seismic and structural improvements, modernization of building systems, and enhancements to accessibility and public safety. The project aims to revitalize the facility while maintaining its historic character, ensuring it continues to serve the community as a functional and culturally significant landmark.

As a Professional Building Designer I have worked with many different types of building framing materials and framing techniques. Structural steel, light gauge steel, heavy wood and standard wood framing techinques are just a few.

INTERIORS:

With Interior Design, I will offer suggestions and help with interior design issues, problems, materials, colors and furnishings. This is the Finney Estate designed and built in 2010, a single story, 6,890 S/F.

Interiors require much thought and color execution to be successful. It's hard to understate the importance of nature light and a properly designed lighting and power plan for the estate. Properly designed interiors often takes a number of suggestions, ideas and changes before each room defines it's own environment.
