HAYWARD APARTMENTS:

Eight (8) unit two (2) story apartment building planned and designed on a narrow deep lot in Hayward. This was a turn-key design project with BDS the primary designer and in charge of the soils engineering, surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural design, Working Construction Drawings and landscape architecture.
